ARE you one of the Millions Of People Around The World That Are Suffering From Sciatica/Back Pain?

Have you ever suffered from sciatica or back pain? If so, you certainly are not alone as both are extremely widespread issues. In fact, back complaints exist on a global scale and are the commonest cause of disability around the world. A recent report states that 540 million people are suffering globally; mind-boggling statistics!

On a personal level, many of us of all ages are familiar with the misery of back pain and sciatica. Incidence of the problems tend to increase with age but there are plenty of fit and healthy young adults in their 20s who nevertheless are stricken too. We are trying in vain to go about our daily lives, struggling to cope with pain, missing work, being unable to do normal things like driving or shopping and ending up confined to the home.

Obviously, this kind of situation is very bad for our mental health so it’s no wonder that back pain and sciatica are very often accompanied by depression and a feeling that life itself is nothing but misery. All those sick days are not exactly helping the global economy either. If you are a fan of statistics, you will be fascinated to hear that 3 million years of productive life are lost in the US through back pain absence.

Most back pain and sciatica are debilitating but not life-threatening conditions, but why should we put up with the pain and discomfort day in, day out? Even in old age, we should be able to enjoy a life free from the pain and restrictions of back pain and sciatica… it is not an inevitable fate for most of us.

Back pain tends to come in two main forms. Sciatica is an excruciating nerve pain which usually strikes out of the blue, leaving us hobbling around the home, enduring stabbing pains running from the hip area down to the toes. Back pain, on the other hand, is a creeping menace which gradually gets worse and worse until it becomes totally debilitating. Try to sit, walk, lie down or sleep without a dull grinding ache… no chance of that, as pain is your constant companion.

Ok, so far, so bad… you take yourself off painfully to the doctor’s office and what do you get? Pills and useless advice, that’s what. Both are bad news as strong painkillers merely dull and mask the discomfort, rather than getting to the root of the problem.

Advice to rest? Again, no good as resting is unwise and out-of-date advice which is still the “party line” where the medical profession is concerned. More radical approaches may even resort to painful and expensive surgical procedures, which are often unnecessary and lead to loss of income and extreme disruption of family life.

So… what can the average person suffering from back pain or sciatica actually do to obtain relief from their pain? Believe it or not, there is a little-known solution out there and it is so easy to get access to it. A simple, effective and easy-to-implement system of exercises has been discovered which provides a bona fide remedy for back pain and sciatica.

The routine takes only minutes per day and so will not disrupt your already tight schedule. It has been exhaustively researched by a back pain sufferer who was so fed up with the conventional “wisdom” surrounding the treatment of back pain that she took matters into her own hands. This remarkable woman spent months researching, talking to experts and, using a painstaking process of trial and error, backed up by solid scientific research, came up with a break-through exercise routine which actually works! There are none of the same old, same old techniques which doctors and other health professionals have been rehashing and regurgitating for decades.

They, in fact, will testify that these exercises, unconventional though they may be, will definitely bring relief. Imagine having your old, active life back, free from pain and discomfort. Imagine a vastly improved quality of life, whatever your age-group. Click on the link below right now and experience relief like never before from the pain of back pain and sciatica:

Breakthrough: Back Pain Sufferers Groundbreaking Discovery Could Eliminate the Need of Painkillers and Even Surgery…

Back pain continues to be a regularity when it comes to human life on planet Earth, it is something that can not completely be avoided due to one cause or another and today with the alarming rate at which it increases, one can only hope and pray for a complete solution to this dilemma.

Back pain could either be a mild affair or a chronic one and according to data obtained from Carey and Freburger from the National Institute of Health “more than 80 percent of Americans will experience an episode of low back pain at some time in their lives” – this is a frightening statistic for a country! It inevitably means that back pain is a condition that unlike popular belief, won’t just affect those who are “unhealthy” or “overweight” and “old” it can affect anyone and can be caused by multiple reasons.

The main question now becomes “how do I make my back hurt less?”

Fitness enthusiast and Pilates instructor Kimberly Clark has uncovered a groundbreaking system that could completely eliminate back pain and allow people to live without being incapacitated by any form of pain whatsoever.

This system is called the BACK IN ACTION program; this system was discovered while she was dealing with all the awful side effects that came with back pain and the ensued heavy medications and endless doctor appointments.

Kimberly unravelled a mystery that could potentially deliver a whole lot of people from the entrapment of back pain and set them on a new road to rediscovery. She first talks about some of the many myths and rumours that are associated with back pain and shatters so many claims that back pain is mostly caused due to injury or not living a healthy lifestyle.

She says “this misinformation is responsible in part for the millions of people who are in pain today” further noting that “it is my personal mission to dispel these myths and show you how to kick your pain to the curb and start living the pain-free life that you really deserve.”

The BACK TO ACTION system has been tested by Kimberly herself, who has a powerful story to share about how back pain nearly ruined her life by making her body unbearably painful to function. Like everyone with a back pain, she relied heavily on prescription pills and painkillers but all proved to be ineffective.

It is important to remember that these drugs are only treating the symptoms of your back pain and not the cause” however this new discovery called BACK TO ACTION focuses on three major elements; posture, stretching and breathing.

It is a three-part video series featuring easy to do exercises, tips and even meal plans  that could give you total independence of your back again – no further need of drugs or the fear of surgery!

Keeping Fit Doesn’t Totally Keep You Safe from the Risk of Back Pain, You Need a More Efficient System…

Lower Back Pain Relief Revealed.

There are thousands of misconceptions that come with leading a healthy lifestyle and working out. Get a set of perfectly sculpted abs and an impeccable body and BOOM! People think you are Superman without a cape, and thus inevitably indestructible and completely free from all sickness and diseases, back pain included.

Well thank the heavens for the experienced health enthusiasts like Pilates instructor Kimberly Clark, who insists that no one is truly safe from the snare of the devious back pain, regardless of whether or not you are a gym bunny, moderately sized or overweight.

According to Kim, around 80% of all adults will experience back pain during their lifetime” YIKES… doesn’t sound like good news right? Well, hold on, there is a solution.

Kim further explains that back pain can stem from so many causes citing some conditions such as sciatica, sprains/strains, traumatic injuries and so on as major pointers that support the theory of back pain not being an exclusive affair to overweight people.

Kim wasn’t an overweight person, however she found herself hopelessly struggling with severe back pain that eventually took a heavy toll on other aspects of her life and inhibited her in so many ways;

“As my pain continued to get worse and worse, eventually my work performance started to suffer” she recalls “I spent weeks on full bed rest… it was one of the worst times of my entire life. I remember lying in bed all day long, barely thinking, barely feeling anything other than wave after wave of pain”

The Back In Action

She goes on to recount how back pain made her so irritable around her loved ones “when my children would come home from school and play downstairs, I would shout at them to keep the noise down. When my husband would ask if there was anything he could do to help, I told him to leave me alone… I was an absolute nightmare for the people I cared about most.”

After consulting and making endless trips to the doctors (who couldn’t find anything wrong with her and thus couldn’t recommend a surgical procedure) Kim decided she was done with the pain and it was time to seek out a more effective solution that could PERMANENTLY stop the back pain.

Painkillers could only do so little, so she did her homework. Kim searched and dug for answers and on a good day, she discovered a system that has proved effective in taming back pain and receiving complete relief from the condition.

The system is called the BACK IN ACTION system; she calls it a “single routine that doesn’t take more than a few minutes to complete” this program is a system that functions on three core principles – posture, stretching and breathing.

Fitness Enthusiast Kimberly Clark Exposed Back Pain Myths using a Revolutionary System…

Revolutionary Back Pain Relief Revealed!

All over the globe, there is an alarming increase of people suffering from one sort of back pain or the other (be it chronic or mild) it is never an easy feat to overcome. Back pain is a condition that does not really respect gender, age or race; unfortunately, it afflicts all humans and might become a hard rock to kick – well maybe not!

According to fitness enthusiast and Pilates instructor, Kimberly Clark, most of the things we think we know about back pain are downright bogus and untrue, because when a condition is misunderstood it becomes impossible to fix.

The first myth she talks about is the one which makes us believe back pain is solely caused by injuries. Kim says this is false and states that a majority of back pain cases don’t usually arise from just one traumatic ordeal and that when it comes to back pain (especially lower back pain) the real problem is usually spondylosis – which simply means the progressive deterioration of the spine. Kimberly wants people to know that “crippling back pain doesn’t always come from a single injury. Instead, it can build up over time in nearly anyone at all.”

Another popular myth debunked by the fitness guru is the misconception that a firmer bed is great for the back; Kimberly says that “while it is true that some firmness can keep your body supported and maintain a straighter spine, the fact is that a mattress that is too firm can actually push against the lower back, throwing it out of its natural alignment… you need some sort of support while still giving you enough cushion to contour your body naturally.”

One particular myth that is so popular is the one that encourages us to take more naps and sleep more often because bed rest is good for back pain; well, Kimberly wants you to know that bed rest is NOT the best medicine to cure a back pain. She makes reference to a statement from the National Institutes of Health which states;

“Strong evidence shows that persons who continue their activities without bed rest following onset of low back pain appeared to have better back flexibility than those who rested in bed for a week. Other studies suggest that bed rest alone may make back pain worse and can lead to secondary complications such as depression, decreased muscle tone, and blood clots in the legs.”

SO before you think of sleeping in all day to heal your back pain, you might want to reconsider.

There are whole lots of myths in the world and back pain gets a much skewed perspective no doubt. Kimberly Clark, however, debunked a whole bunch of back pain myths which you can read up on her website and also find out about the BACK TO ACTION system – a revolutionary discovery that will eliminate the nerve wrecking and stabbing back pain that won’t just go away.
