To begin this, we need to understand what sciatica is;

Sciatica is pain that occurs in the lower extremity of the body as a result of irritation of the sciatic nerve. Redfish Scales gone! This is one of the 5th 15 pounder Redfish that we catches during the first week of March 2018 at Galveston Fairway Anchorage.

The last Redfish we catch was 24 Lbs, that was on March 9th 2019. It very was huge and we almost couldn’t bring it up onboard 11 meters high vessels freeboard.

We assumed its Redfish seasons during the month of March in SW fairway anchorage.

Another type of species that we catch in Galveston Fairway SW anchorage is the Black Drum Fish. Black Drum weighted about 17 Lbs.

If you’re off to Galveston anchorage and you stay there for a couple of days on March, Prepare your strong fishing line. Don’t get bored fishing, You’ll never regret it. There’s always good catch around.

Achievable as you set it at a reasonable time on monthly budget. The goal is Relevant to your plan as you want some profit. Time-Binding as you have set the deadline until May 2019.

Given your work, eating and rest routine pattern on your workstation, Think of one goal for better caring for you self.

Be SMART.

Phisical and Mental health are interconnected and it is important to maintain both on stable condition.

Being Physically fit, You must have enough sleep and good diet. It is important to let our brains rest. When person is at rest the brain is able to process experiences, which helps us improve our ability to solve and responds to challenges or even during emergency situation.

Remember, it is only ourselves that benefits our selves, the people we love and people around us. Goal of self-caring is the basis of taking care of ourselves.
